Website Terms of Use
Last updated 30 September 2026
These terms cover your use of senovasys.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If we build something for you, that work is governed by our separate written agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.
1. Who we are
The site is operated by Senova Systems LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“Senova”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Using the site
You may browse the site, try the demos and send us a brief for your own business purposes. Please don't:
- break the law, or use the site to harm, harass or deceive anyone;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe or test for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the site;
- scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site or catalog, except through normal search-engine indexing;
- send spam, automated or fake quote requests, or anything malicious through our forms.
If you've found a security issue, please tell us at [email protected] instead of testing it.
3. Demos, sample data and the catalog
The service demos use made-up sample businesses and data to show how things work. They run in your browser and don't send anything anywhere. They aren't real customers, results or offers.
The component catalog shows designs and components we can build into your product. It's there for you to view and pick from, not to copy. No licence to copy, reproduce, reuse or redistribute the catalog's code, designs, 3D models or other content is granted by these terms. Rights to anything we build for you are set out in your project agreement.
4. Quotes and project work
Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding commitment. A quote is only binding once we've both agreed a written proposal or agreement setting out the scope, price, timeline and terms. Descriptions of services, timelines and examples are general and may change.
5. Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, design, code, the component catalog, 3D models, the Senova name and logo, and the demos, belong to Senova or its licensors and are protected by law. Some parts use open-source software under its own licence. Our name and logo may not be used without our written permission. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.
6. Third-party links and services
The site may link to other websites or rely on third-party services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and policies apply.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Content on the site is general information, not professional advice for your situation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Senova won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain of these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
If you misuse the site or break these terms, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, that Senova incurs as a result.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Please contact us first, since most concerns can be resolved quickly. Otherwise, disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Either of us may bring a claim in small-claims court where it qualifies.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll make it clear on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
