Customers book and pay from their phone, reminders go out on their own, and everyone can check their bookings and invoices without calling you. You run it all from one dashboard instead of five tools.

The problem

If these sound like your week, a simple web app can take most of it off your plate.

  • “Half my day goes on phone tag, just to get people booked in.”

Customers book themselves around the clock from your live availability, and you get a notification.

  • “No-shows keep leaving gaps in the diary.”

Reminders go out on their own, and a deposit at booking gives people a reason to turn up.

  • “I'm still chasing people for payment weeks after the job.”

Take full payment or a deposit when they book, with receipts sent automatically.

  • “Two people turned up for the same slot. Again.”

One live calendar that every booking checks against, online or at the front desk.

  • “Customers keep emailing to ask where their invoice or order is.”

A customer portal where they can see bookings, invoices and orders whenever they like.

  • “Our customer info is spread across five different tools.”

One system for bookings, payments, customers and emails, connected to the tools you keep.

Live demo

This is the kind of system we build. Pick a treatment, a time and pay with the test card. The owner's calendar, stats and email queue update as you go.

Customer portal

A private account for each customer. The questions that used to arrive by phone and email get answered by the portal instead.

  • See upcoming visits and move them without calling
  • Find every invoice and receipt in one place
  • Keep their own details and reminder settings up to date

Try it: reschedule the first visit, open an invoice or change a reminder setting.

What we build

Built around how you already work, in pieces you can add over time.

  • Online booking

Live availability, buffers between appointments, staff and room calendars, and rules like minimum notice.

  • Payments and deposits

Take full payment, a deposit or nothing upfront. Refunds, receipts and no-show fees handled in one place.

  • Accounts and portals

Customers sign in to see bookings, invoices, orders or documents, and change what they're allowed to change.

  • Reminders and emails

Confirmations, reminders and follow-ups that send themselves, in your words, by email or text.

  • Admin dashboard

Today's schedule, takings and anything that needs attention, with the right view for each person on your team.

  • Integrations

Syncs with Google or Outlook calendars, your accounting software and your CRM, so nothing is typed twice.

Security

The sensible protections are part of every build, not an upgrade. In plain terms, here's what that means.

  • Card numbers never touch your server

Customers pay on the payment provider's secure form. Your app only hears back that the payment went through, so there are no card numbers on your side to lose.

  • Proper logins

Customers sign in with an email link or a password that's stored scrambled, never as plain text. Each person only sees their own bookings and invoices.

  • The right access for each person

Reception, practitioners and managers can each see and do different things. When someone leaves, you remove their access in one click.

  • Backed up, and yours

The database is backed up automatically every day on the paid database plan, and you can export your data whenever you like.

No system is risk-free, so we keep the software up to date, and if you want ongoing help we can keep watching it after launch.

Where the card number goes

  1. Customer paysOn the provider's secure card form
    Card number, expiry, code
  2. Payment providerChecks and charges the card
    Only: “payment succeeded”
  3. Your appRecords the booking as paid

Your server never sees or stores the card number, which usually keeps your card-security paperwork to the simplest level too.

Process

The same four steps as every project. A booking system is usually quicker than a custom portal; your quote comes with a dated plan either way.

  1. Brief or short call

Step 1: Tell us what you need

Tell us how bookings, payments and customers flow today, and what has to work on day one.

  2. Free, no obligation

Step 2: Get a fixed quote

A written scope of screens, payments and emails, a fixed price and a dated plan, with running costs such as card fees itemised.

  3. A preview that grows weekly

Step 3: We build, you review weekly

The booking flow, your dashboard and the emails first, then the rest. You try it with your real services as we go.

  4. Launch, then watch closely

Step 4: Launch and look after

Payments tested, calendar and accounting connected, your team shown around, and the first real bookings watched closely.

Your quote

Every web app gets its own written quote: the screens, payments and integrations, one fixed price and a dated plan. Card fees and hosting are itemised and paid at cost on your accounts.

  • The scope

What we'll build, page by page or screen by screen, and what's out of scope, in plain words.

  • A fixed price

One price for the agreed scope. It only changes if the scope does, and only with your OK.

  • A dated timeline

When the first preview arrives, when each part lands and when you go live.

  • What you'll own

The code, the design and every account, in your name from day one.

  • Running costs, itemised

Hosting, email and any other services listed one by one, paid to each provider at cost.

FAQ

Every web app gets its own fixed quote, because it depends on how many workflows, screens and integrations you need. Tell us what you need in the brief and we'll reply with a written scope and a fixed price. Running costs are paid straight to each provider on accounts in your name, and your quote itemises them.
