Privacy Policy
Last updated 30 September 2026
The short version: we collect only what you send us through the quote form, use it to reply and work with you, and never sell it. There are no analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.
1. Who we are
This website (senovasys.com) is run by Senova Systems LLC, a software studio based in New Jersey, USA (“Senova”, “we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information described here. Contact us about privacy at [email protected].
2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you send a quote brief, we receive your email address. We also receive your name, business name and current website if you choose to add them, along with what you need, your timeline, your note, and the titles of any catalog items you shortlisted. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, requests pass through our hosting and security providers (Cloudflare and Fly.io). They process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and timestamps to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems. Our quote form briefly keeps your IP address in memory, for up to 10 minutes, to prevent abuse. It is not stored.
What we don't collect
We don't use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or session recording, and we don't build profiles of visitors. The interactive demos on this site run in your browser with sample data. Nothing you type into a demo is sent to us or to any AI service.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your brief, prepare a quote and discuss your project.
- If we work together, to deliver and support the project under our written agreement.
- To keep the website secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping business records.
We don't send marketing emails, and we don't use your information for automated decisions about you.
Legal bases (for visitors in the EU/UK): taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (your brief); performing a contract (client work); our legitimate interests in running and securing the site and replying to enquiries; and legal obligations.
6. How long we keep it
- Quote briefs and emails: while your enquiry or project is active. If an enquiry doesn't become a project, we delete it within 24 months.
- Client project records: for the length of the engagement and afterwards as long as needed for support, legal and tax purposes.
- Technical logs: kept by our hosting and security providers for their standard, limited periods.
7. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS with modern security headers. Access to our inbox and hosting accounts is limited to the people who need it and protected by strong authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities where the law requires if a breach affects you.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to receive a copy of it. You can also ask us to limit or stop using it. Depending on where you live, US state privacy laws (such as those in California and New Jersey) and the GDPR/UK GDPR give you these rights, and some also give you the right to appeal our decision.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm it's you before acting. We respond within 45 days, or within one month for EU/UK requests, and we won't treat you differently for using your rights. You may use an authorised agent. EU/UK residents can also complain to their local data protection authority.
9. Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. International visitors
We're based in the United States, and our providers process information in the US and elsewhere. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. Where required, our providers rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted here. This policy works alongside our Website Terms.
